At H&K Styles, we aim to dispatch your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timeframes, and customer obligations, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Australia Post shipping standards.

2. Delivery Options
We currently offer the following shipping options through Australia Post and other trusted courier partners:

3. Processing Times
3.1 Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving full payment.
3.2 Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.3 During high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day, end-of-season sales), processing may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Rates
4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery address, chosen service, and active promotions.
4.2 We may offer:
• Free Standard Shipping on orders above a specified amount (as advertised).
• Flat-Rate Shipping for eligible orders within Australia.
• Promotional Free Express Shipping during select campaigns.
4.3 All delivery fees are displayed prior to checkout completion.

5. Tracking & Confirmation
5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
5.2 Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
5.3 You can track your parcel through Australia Post Tracking or via the courier’s tracking page linked in your confirmation email.

6. Delivery Address & Signature
6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
6.2 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6.3 Certain orders may require a signature on delivery for security. If you authorise “Safe Drop”, H&K Styles is not liable for any loss or damage after delivery confirmation.

7. International Shipping
7.1 We deliver internationally to selected countries, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
7.2 International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local regulations.
7.3 Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are not included in product prices or shipping charges.
7.4 H&K Styles is not responsible for any customs delays, seizures, or refusals.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
8.1 Once dispatched, all parcels are in the care of Australia Post or the designated courier.
8.2 If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
• Check your tracking link.
• Contact the courier directly for updates; or
• Contact us at info.styles@handkstyles.com for assistance.
8.3 H&K Styles will assist with courier investigations and claims but is not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
8.4 If an item is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
9.1 For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page.
9.2 Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split-shipped or held until all items are available, depending on your selection at checkout.
9.3 Backorder notifications will be sent by email, with options to wait, exchange, or cancel for a refund.

10. Delivery Confirmation & Risk
10.1 Title passes to you upon full payment, and risk passes once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
10.2 If “Authority to Leave” (ATL) is provided, delivery is deemed complete once the courier confirms drop-off. H&K Styles is not responsible for theft, loss, or weather damage after delivery confirmation.
10.3 Customers must report any missing or damaged parcels within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

11. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
11.1 Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing, contact info.styles@handkstyles.com within 7 days with photos and your order number.
11.2 We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund consistent with your rights under the ACL.

12. Record Keeping
12.1 Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s286, we retain shipping and transaction records for at least 7 years for tax and compliance purposes.
